The Massachusetts Coalition for Permanency for Children (MCPC) is an independent group of people committed to permanency for children and youth.  MCPC promotes and advocates for children and youth involved with the Department of Children and Family Services to live in safe, stable, permanent homes much sooner than the court trial process allows.  MCPC takes a leadership role in coordinating with all individuals and groups who have a vested interest in pursuing the mission of MCPC.
